Today we have already learned a little about theme. we have started today by our Do Now as always. We had to write sentences for our new vocab. words. We reviewed them and moved on to our next activity. We had passages from the same story, which turned out to be Batman Begins. Then, we had to write down what we learned from each passage and then what we thought the theme was so far. We discussed important parts throughout the story when we were done. We flipped over the paper and began to thoroughly analyze it. We also reviewed ou
r per-assessment, "The people could fly" . We were divided up into groups so we could have work that was good for us for theme. We then did some vocab word activities. We had to match pictures to our vocab words using dry-erase markers and the desks.
