What we did today in class...

Written by Camila acting as Class Scribe

Today in class, Ms. V briefly explained some of the Learning Targets below. We did the Do Now, which completed the second learning target about Janet Goldblatt.

Then, we did a sheet on naming the events and when they occurred based on the readings we read. We named the events, like the dogs were unleashed, or Hector Peterson was shot, and we put them in order on our Do Now, like it is in the pictures below.

After, we checked in with Ms. Vallillo and we glued our final answers onto the paper.

Also, last but not least, we did a Soweto Uprising Debrief on Google Docs and we reflected a lot on our learning on the Uprising.
