Our socratic seminar

Today we started with our do now. Our do now was to go into our google drive, and answer a few questions about the seminar, When we finished wiht that, we reviewed the norms for the seminar and then we wrote our goals for the seminar. Our seeting arangments were confusing because we all sat in a wierd order and it was kind of difficult to not get conffused.

The group that started had a very interesting conversation, Their conversation was all about the owners of the factory and the saftey of the workers of this and other factories. Their conversation kept moving from, "If the owners..." to " The people inside..."  It kept switching topic but it was a great conversation in which they included a lot of evidence and a lot of extraordinary conections. Once they had discussed about these topics deeply, they started talking about the immigrants and the jobs they got. The whole conversation lasted about 25 minutes, but nobody wasted a minute. The conversation was only supposed to last 20 minutes, but it was so in depth that Ms.  V gave them extra time.
